The test does not take blood, scratch the skin surface, or inject anything into your system.

Probe is held in one hand and a pressure point is used in the other to test immune response to the foods, or shortage of vitamins and minerals. It is a non invasive test using the RM10S machine manufactured by the German Med-Tronic Company, the method has been in use throughout the world for 26 years.

It tests your reaction to 116 foods, in addition to testing for shortages in 14 vitamins and 23 minerals. Advice is given on what supplements if any should be taken.
